	Jonus was a captain in the Imperial Navy who often flew as the top cover during bombing runs. At one point, he served under Gamma Squadron Gamma Squadron Organization Galactic Empire Navy . He eventually served with Death Squadron under the bomber squadron Scimitar Scimitar Squadron Organization Galactic Empire Navy at the time of the Battle of Hoth Battle of Hoth Event Galactic Civil War . He narrowly escaped being eaten by a space slug once when he had to evac. He scored several kills against numerous Rebel blockade runners during his early years with the Imperial service.
